Processing Time
Purchases are shipped within two business days following your order, and often much faster. We call that “Stacey Prime.” There are few things more frustrating than ordering an item and waiting days or even weeks for the item to be shipped, and we view Stacey Prime as part of the luxury experience we provide to our clients.
The Stacey’s Style team generally operates seven days a week, from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time. Sundays are typically reserved for our Live Instagram sessions (@StaceysStyle32) which are at Noon Eastern Time. While we try to accommodate special shipping requests, it is the customer’s responsibility to understand our shipping procedures.
Every order is carefully reviewed, verified, and approved. If there are discrepancies between billing and shipping information, it may cause delays. We may contact you, so please provide phone numbers for both billing and shipping.
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur. We cannot guarantee arrival by a specific time. Delays may result from weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances (such as a shipper’s holiday volume) beyond our control, and shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.
Order Changes
For U.S. domestic orders, you may update your delivery details after checkout, as long as a shipping label has not yet been printed. By making changes, you agree that:
Signature Requirements
Orders over $1,000 automatically require a signature upon delivery. If you do not expect to have someone at the shipping address available to receive the package, please contact us at customercare@StaceysStyle.com to waive the signature requirement. Please note that by waiving it, you accept full responsibility for the item once it leaves Stacey’s Style.
Shipping to a Non-Billing Address
To prevent fraud, we recommend shipping items to the billing address associated with your payment method. Exceptions (neighbor, business, second home, gift, etc.) can usually be accommodated. For these, you must provide contact details for both the buyer and recipient, as we may need to verify the order by phone, which could slightly delay processing.
Shipping to a Business
We can ship to your workplace after verification. Please provide the company name and a contact phone number.
Combining Orders; Orders with Multiple Items
Separate orders are shipped separately and cannot be combined. We will endeavor to ship large or multiple-item orders together but they may be shipped separately at no additional shipping cost to you.
International Orders
International orders must be sent individually due to customs regulations, as each requires a commercial invoice.

Destination Customs
Customers with shipping addresses outside the United States are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or other fees required by their country, as well as compliance with local laws. All items will be declared at full purchase price and listed as “used” when shipped outside the U.S. Customers should also check whether their country restricts certain items, such as exotic skins.
International Currency Information
All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include import taxes, customs duties, or other fees. Returns for international orders will be refunded in U.S. dollars at the original purchase amount. Currency exchange rates fluctuate, and we cannot adjust for these changes on returns. All transactions are subject to the exchange rate used by the processing financial institution.
