To further clarify: all items purchased during live shows—whether in person, through Instagram, or via another online platform—are final sale. We encourage customers to ask any questions prior to purchase to ensure complete confidence in their decision.
In rare cases, at our sole discretion, we may agree to accept a return for credit or otherwise. If so, please allow up to seven (7) business days for authentication and processing before the item is restocked. You will receive a confirmation once this process is complete.
