Returns and Refunds
All purchases made through our website, live shows (including international events in Japan, France, Germany, Canada, Singapore, the USA, Australia, etc.), and pop-up events are final sale. These items are not eligible for return or refund, other than as and to the extent described in our Authenticity Guarantee as described in our Authenticity Policy.
We aim to provide detailed descriptions and images during auctions and live shows so that customers can make well-informed purchasing decisions.
Live Show Purchases
To further clarify: all items purchased during live shows—whether in person, through Instagram, or via another online platform—are final sale. We encourage customers to ask any questions prior to purchase to ensure complete confidence in their decision.
Additional Conditions
In rare cases, at our sole discretion, we may agree to accept a return for credit or otherwise. If so, please allow up to seven (7) business days for authentication and processing before the item is restocked. You will receive a confirmation once this process is complete.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import charges; these amounts will be deducted from any refund issued to the extent applicable.
